Stroller Strides

Stroller Strides® was the nation's first stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Our 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking or jogging, strength, toning, songs and activities. Nationally certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. We organize playdates, moms' nights out, and activities for the whole family. Fitness for mom, fun for baby!

Stroller Barre

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises incorporated with everything our moms love about Stroller Strides®. This workout is designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture all while their little ones are in tow. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

Body Back

Body Back is a results-based workout designed for women. Clients participate in high-intensity workouts with inspiration and motivation in every class. Most importantly, it will help women modify their views on healthy eating and fitness. It's not a short term diet, it's a long time lifestyle change. Give yourself the tools and accountability to completely transform your body!

8 weeks of clean eating and twice weekly group workouts = A NEW YOU! Classes are designed for working women and/or busy moms to do without kiddos so they are offered early mornings and later evenings.
