Stroller Strides® was the nation's first stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Our 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking or jogging, strength, toning, songs and activities. Nationally certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. We organize playdates, moms' nights out, and activities for the whole family. Body Back is a results-based workout designed for women. Clients participate in high-intensity workouts with inspiration and motivation in every class. Most importantly, it will help women modify their views on healthy eating and fitness. It's not a short term diet, it's a long time lifestyle change. 8 weeks of clean eating and twice weekly group workouts = A NEW YOU! Classes are designed for working women and/or busy moms to do without kiddos so they are offered early mornings and later evenings.
