Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for women to focus on themselves. Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments, 2 high intensity interval based classes a week, goal setting, diet and nutrition guidance and lifestyle maintenance. Class sizes are limited to 12 for quality and maximum individual results. Please inquire before signing up to ensure there is room.

Stroller Strides is an hour long fitness program specifically geared toward moms. Whether you have a newborn or a toddler, you'll be in great company while you walk or run (all fitness levels welcome!), tone and strengthen yourself head to toe. Your little one will love the movement of the stroller and playtime after class. First class is FREE!

Stroller Barre incorporates ballet, pilates, and barre methods with pre and postnatal training.
