Stroller Strides is an hour long fitness program specifically geared toward moms. Whether you have a newborn or a toddler, you'll be in great company while you walk or run (all fitness levels welcome!), tone and strengthen yourself head to toe. Your little one will love the movement of the stroller and playtime after class. First class is FREE!

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Get a sneak peek at our Body Back Transformation sessions. Join us for a FREE HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout followed restorative stretching and a meditation. After, there will be time to discuss what each eight week Body Back Transformation session includes, answer any questions you may have, and share some of the materials we use with our program.

Every mama needs a night out once in awhile. Join us for our monthly MNO and get to know your FIT4MOM friends outside of class. Plus, it's always fun to see one another dressed in something other than workout clothes ;)

Our Body Back holiday mini session are a great way to stay on track from Thanksgiving to Christmas. Each mini session ranges from 4-6 weeks and gives you the accountability, support, and motivation you need to take care of yourself during the busy holiday season.

Over the 8 week journey you will focus on mind and body. Each HIIT workout will challenge, empower and recharge you. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed to track your progress over the eight weeks. Our instructors also provide nutritional guidance, online workouts, accountability, and support. Believe in your personal transformation!more

FIT4MOM Family Class brings the whole family together in a Stroller Strides meets HIIT workout extravaganza.
Kids under 5 still need to safely remain in the stroller, children 5 years and older will have a special designated spot for class. Partners and family members are welcome to join our members for this perfect start to your Saturday!more
